From the outset, she imagined an establishment where every customer would be welcomed as a privileged guest, with attention, simplicity and generosity. Over the years, Maria has managed to surround herself with a team that reflects her image, and to pass on this culture of hospitality with rigor and kindness. Today, Kevin, the current manager, continues this human adventure.
